  • Developing an automated method for generating atom mapping information for all reactions in genome-scale models of metabolism (Funded by Department of Energy, USA)

  • Unraveling the hypothetical glycome genes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (Funded by CSIR. India)
  • Identification of essential electricity producing genes of Geobacter sulfurreducens through genome scale re-annotation studies
  • Genome-scale reannotation and metabolic pathway analysis of Escherichia coli K-12 for improved hydrogen productivity.

  • Participated and presented a poster entitled "In silico Functional Proteomic Re-annotation of Escherichia coli K12" in National level Symposium on "Frontiers  in Computational Biology" held on 23rd-24th July 2009 at C-DAC, Pune, India.
  • Presented an oral and poster entitled "Mathematical modeling and simulation of formate dehydrogenase pathway in Escherichia coli to augment biohydrogen  production" in National level conference "Biotechnological Approach for Alternate Energies 08" held at Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai and the presented paper was selected as one of the best research work and received the cash prize of Rs. 5000.
