Postdoctoral positions at Vascular Biology Lab
We are seeking a highly motivated recent PhD for a postdoctoral
position at Vascular Biology Lab to join a team investigating the molecular
mechanisms that regulate critical functions of nitric oxide in vascular
biology and angiogenesis in vitro and in vivo, and relating this to
human disease.
The lab is taking a multi-disciplinary approach to
study nitric oxide implications in angiogenesis and endothelial re-modeling
together with in vitro cell and molecular analysis. The position requires
proven research ability in cell and molecular biology and protein biochemistry,
particularly intra-cellular signal transduction. Candidate should be
goal-orientated, demonstrating a passion for science, innovative thinking
and the ability to work independently and effectively but collaboratively.
Candidates are expected to apply for research associate fellowships
from funding agencies.
Applicants should submit curriculum vitae, a cover
letter stating research interests and career goals, and names and contact
information of three professional references to Dr. Suvro Chatterjee
